Dylan CokeScotia Investments

Dylan joined Scotia Investments in 2014 and oversees the Origination and Capital Markets team which arranges funding for medium to large corporates via offers of debt and equity. He has over 13 years of experience in investment banking and has extensive experience in the structuring of private placements of debt, syndicated financing, IPOs and various forms of structured finance. Dylan is a former board member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and was a member of the committee which created the stock exchange’s Junior Market.

Prior to entering investment banking Dylan practiced commercial law and litigation for 8 years. He holds an LLB from the University of the West Indies and an LLM in International Banking and Financial Law from the Boston University School of Law.
