Ms Alicia Bish is a Senior Director in the Public Enterprises Division of the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service Jamaica. She has over 13 years experience as a financial analyst, monitoring the performance of specific public bodies to engender sound financial management practices as well as overall alignment with the Government’s policy guidelines and economic programme.
Ms Bish also has oversight responsibility for the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Unit in the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service. In this capacity she plays a critical role in ensuring that PPP projects implemented in Jamaica provide value for money and optimal risk allocation. She has served on several teams established to guide the overall development and execution of PPP projects in Jamaica.
Miss Bish completed her Masters of Business Administration with distinction at the Heriot Watt University and also holds a Bachelors of Business Association, with a major in Accounts (Hons).
