Assemblyman Joel Jack is the Deputy Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA), with responsibility for the Division of Finance and the Economy.
Under his astute leadership and management of the Tobago Financial portfolio for the past 7 years, the Tobago House of Assembly has executed budgets of over $TT15B toward a combination of national infrastructural development projects, information systems and technology initiatives, agriculture and tourism.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting at St. George’s University in Grenada, and subsequently acquired a Certificate in Cost Management Accounting. He is currently pursuing his MBA from the University of Warwick, England.
Assemblyman Jack continues to press forward to deliver on the strategic developmental goals of the Tobago House of Assembly and by extension the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.
